
- England’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). recommended BeiGene Ltd BGNE Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) for Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia (WM) in adults who have received at least one treatment, only if bendamustine plus rituximab is also appropriate.
- This NICE decision marks Brukinsa as the first and only treatment for WM recommended for routine use in England and Wales.

- Also the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use of the European Medicines Agency supported Brukinsa’s approval for marginal zone lymphoma patients who have received at least one prior anti-CD20-based therapy.
