NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. NYMT (the “Company”) announced today that its board of directors (the “Board of Directors”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. The dividend will be payable on October 26, 2022 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 26, 2022.
In addition, the Board of Directors declared cash dividends on the Company’s 8.000% fixed-to-floating rate cumulative redeemable preferred stock (“Series D Preferred Stock”) and 7.875% fixed-to-floating rate cumulative redeemable preferred stock (“Series E Preferred Stock” ), 6.875% cumulative fixed-to-floating rate Series F Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series F Preferred Stock”) and 7.000% cumulative Series G Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series G Preferred Stock”), as noted below.
