The first philanthropic project of the newly formed DIG Foundation is #WeAreUkraine, an exclusive NFT collection benefiting Ukraine, created in partnership with leading international charities Save the Children and Women for Women International.

The DIG Foundation was founded by Dubai’s Decentralized Investment Group (DIG), a multinational blockchain technology conglomerate that is using blockchain technology to make impactful changes in a growing digital economy.
For its first charitable project, the DIG Foundation has teamed up with Ukrainian celebrity and change advocate Jamala to create the exclusive NFT collection #WeAreUkraine. Jamala, a singer-songwriter who rose to international fame after winning the 2016 Eurovision competition, will take on the role of campaign ambassador.
This charitable generative NFT collection of 14,850 NFTs – unique digital collectibles – will be available for purchase on OpenSea for 6 months starting Wednesday 10th August. The collection includes artistic representations of the most famous monuments and landmarks of Ukrainian cities. Three more NFTs — video footage of Jamala singing three Ukrainian folk songs — will later be airdropped as rewards to randomly selected NFT holders.
Seventy percent of all proceeds are shared equally between two international charities that work with the DIG Foundation: Save the Children and Women for Women International, with the remaining 30 percent going towards operational costs.
