If technology workers are going to lose overtime benefits, then they should be compensated some other way. It is not fair for nearly 3 million high tech workers to be reclassified and still be expected to work long hours for less pay with the excuse that it will keep jobs in America, says California employment lawyer Eric Grover. We need to keep work here in America, but there has to be a happy medium where employers and employees can agree on work schedules and overtime.
