The rest of the U.S. should follow Colorado’s lead and adopt its new law that helps make civilian employment easier for military veterans. The skills and training attained while in the armed forces should be considered when applying for jobs, because they have experience and knowledge in a real world setting, says California employment lawyer Eric Grover.
