If it is true that many Allentown, PA Amazon warehouse employees lost their jobs because of the extreme heat they had to endure while at work, which ultimately affected their performance; it is not only unfair, but it could be grounds for a wrongful termination lawsuit. No employee should have to endure such harsh work conditions. Even worse, the extreme heat could lead to serious heat-related illnesses that could result in death, explains the California employment lawyer Eric Grover.
