On Friday, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin was seen in an in an interview with Charles Gibson(ABC anchorman) on ABC world news.
During the genial conversational with the Republican vice presidential nominee, Gibson gave the audience a much better view of Palin’s limitations. This would definitely help the voters to take a better decision.
In the rounds two and three of the interview on Friday followed by round one on Thursday, Sarah was challenged by Gibson on the way she has portrayed her role in the pork barrel project known as “The Bridge to nowhere” and emphasized on getting straightforward answers on the nations economic condition.
Gibson attacked Palin by saying “But you were for it before you were against it” when she tried to use her opposition to the bridge as evidence of her being a reformer. “You were solidly for it for quite some period of time.” She just started to say “I was….”, when Gibson interrupted by saying , “”Until Congress pulled the plug.”
Gibson saved the best for the last. He asked her a question which would make news and also at the same time create trouble for the Democrats.He inquired whether she thinks Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic presidential candidate, regrets not picking Sen. Hillary Clinton as his running mate.
“I think he regrets not picking her now. I do. What, what determination and grit and even grace through some tough shots that were fired her way,” Palin said, implying that Obama had fired them at Clinton.
