The Board of Directors of Constellation Energy Corporation CEG declared a quarterly dividend of $0.141 per share on Constellation common stock. The dividend is payable on Friday, December 9, 2022 to shareholders of record beginning at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
