CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. JNCE, a clinical-stage company focused on the discovery and development of novel cancer immunotherapies and predictive biomarkers, today announced poster presentations to be held at upcoming medical meetings. Two pre-clinical poster presentations will be given at the 2022 SITC Annual Meeting, taking place November 8-12 in Boston. This includes pre-clinical data on the JTX-1484 program targeting LILRB4 and a characterization of the expression and function of LILRB receptors on human immune cells in tumor and blood samples from various cancer types. Two clinical poster presentations will be held at the ESMO-IO Annual Congress 2022, taking place in Geneva on December 7-9. The submitted abstract for the JTX-8064-INNATE study contains Phase 1 data including safety, pharmacokinetic and tumor response data. Jounce also expects to provide interim clinical data on at least 80 Phase 2 patients from the INNATE study by the end of 2022. The abstract submitted for the vopratelimab/pimivalimab SELECT study includes all previously announced clinical endpoint data. Additional durability data for patients remaining in the study will also be reported.
