TORONTO, Canada, Oct. 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Canadian General Investments, Limited CGI announced a quarterly dividend on its Series 4 Preferred Stock.
A cash dividend of $0.23438 per share is payable on December 15, 2022 to shareholders of the Company’s 3.75% cumulative Class A, Series 4 Redeemable Preferred Stock at the close of business on November 30, 2022.
This dividend is referred to as the “Eligible Dividend” for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
