Provention Bio, Inc. PRVB Shares rose 11.3% to close at $6.92. Provention Bio announced that it has entered into a co-promotion agreement with Sanofi US to launch its lead investigational drug candidate teplizumab. Jefferies kept Provention Bio on a buy, increasing the price target to $15 from $10.
Wave Life Sciences Ltd. WVE rose 9.1% to close at $4.08.
Cano Health, Inc. CANO Soared 9.1% to $9.64 after a report suggested CVS was in talks to acquire the company.
Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. MSGS Soared 8.2% to $151.88 after the company announced a $75 million accelerated share buyback program and announced a $7-per-share special dividend.
IDT Corporation IDT up 7.5% to close at $30.00 after the company reported Q4 EPS results year over year.
DexCom, Inc. DXCM Gained 7.3% to close at $102.14 after Piper Sandler maintained an overweight stance on the stock and raised its price target to $120 from $110.
