Denver, Colorado, Oct. 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — RealManage is pleased to announce the hiring of Caitlin Traub, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, as Senior Vice President. Caitlin will oversee operations at Hammersmith Managementa RealManage Family of Brand company serving the Denver, Colorado Springs, Loveland and Front Range markets.
Caitlin began her career in community association management over a decade ago in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, where she has worked both on-site and in portfolio.
In 2018, Caitlin accepted the position of Vice President of Community Association Management for a Seattle, Washington firm where she focused on increasing employee retention and strategically expanding the division’s presence in underserved market areas. During her time in Washington state, she held various leadership positions, including President of the Washington office of a national firm.
As a seasoned leader, Caitlin is naturally familiar with the increasing challenges that board members, community managers and homeowners have encountered in recent years and enjoys working with associations to improve their communities through strategic planning. She has extensive experience managing various operations and is passionate about building strong teams and client relationships.
Caitlin is also an active participant in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS® (Association Management Specialist) and PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager). ) designations. Most recently, she had the honor of speaking at the 2022 National Conference on Talent Recruitment, Training and Retention.
