- Boeing Co B.A does not expect to receive certification for the 737 Max 10 before next summer, said a report, citing a letter from the Federal Aviation Administration expressing growing concerns about the company’s delivery date.

- “Regarding the 737-10, Boeing’s current project plan calls for the 737-10 to receive an amended type certificate no earlier than the summer of 2023,” the report quoted two sources as saying that acting FAA Administrator Billy Nolen wrote in a letter to Senator Roger quoted Wicker, the top Republican on the Senate Commerce Committee.
