
apple inc AAPL The company may reportedly unveil its remaining products for 2022 through press releases on its website instead of holding a digital event this month.
What happened: Apple develops many new products such as iPad Pro, Macand apple tv models. Some of these will be released in October, according to a report by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.
Gurman adds that the Cupertino-based tech giant is unlikely to hold an event this month.
“Does Apple really have enough here to make it worth putting on another highly polished launch event? It seems unlikely,” he says.
Gurman then adds, “The Company will (starting immediately) announce its remaining 2022 products more through press releases, updates to its website and briefings with select members of the press.”

Apple didn’t release a statement regarding the October event or if it would be cancelled.
Why it matters: The news that Apple could cancel the event comes amid reports from the company Withdrawal from ramping up production of its new iPhone 14 in 2022 and the Resignation of an executive after a TikTok video in which he made unwelcome remarks about women went viral.
However, Gurman does not mention any of these factors in the Bloomberg report. All he says is that Apple “may not have enough fare left over for another big event in 2022.”
