Austin, Texas USA, Oct. 03, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ePac Flexible Packaging, the industry leader in short and medium run flexible packaging, has announced the appointment of Ian Wilson to its Board of Directors. Currently, Wilson serves as executive vice president of strategy and development at Amcor, a global leader in the design and manufacture of responsible packaging solutions.
Wilson’s appointment to the board of ePac follows Amcor’s recently announced investment in the company and creates a second board seat for Amcor, along with the previous appointment of Mike Schmitt, executive vice president of Amcor Ltd.

Prior to Amcor, Wilson held leadership and partner positions at global and private equity firms such as UBS Warburg and Baker & McKenzie.
