“Leverage at the highest level”
Teresa Carter, team leader at Keller Williams, admits she had “limiting beliefs” about virtual levers before working with Cyberbacker. “I was nervous because I didn’t have anyone physically here,” she says.
Now that Carter has hired two cyberbackers, one to help with marketing and one to help with recruitment, she calls the decision to work with the company a “business transformation.” Carter’s business had its best year of growth ever, thanks to “top-level leverage” provided by Cyberbacker. “Success is in the results,” she says.
Diverse skill sets
As she began the hiring process, Carter knew she was looking for two cyberbackers to fill two distinct roles at her company: marketing support for herself and her 250 agents, and recruiting. She was impressed with Cyberbacker’s attention to personality matching and job fit matching, but particularly appreciated being able to pre-screen potential cyberbackers’ material. When she saw the resume of now-cyberbacker Erika, Carter knew she would be a good match. “Their work looked exactly how we wanted it,” she says. Now, Erica Carter is helping “offer agents a free marketing service.”
Carter immediately noticed the second cyberbacker’s “urge to make calls,” John Francis, she says. John Francis has taken on important responsibilities like setting appointments, managing databases, and learning systems, allowing Carter to focus on building client relationships.
