Zaandam, Netherlands, September 202022 – Ahold Delhaize repurchased 739,812 of its common shares during the period from September 12, 2022 through September 16, 2022. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €28.12 per share for a total consideration of €20.8 million. These repurchases were made as part of the €1 billion share buyback program announced on November 15, 2021.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 25,238,806 common shares at a total cost of €689.6 million.
