NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa, Sept. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Heartland Express, Inc. HTLD today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.02 per share will be paid on October 7, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 27, 2022. We currently estimate that a total of approximately $1.6 million will be paid on the Company’s 79.0 million common shares of stock. This is the Company’s seventy-seventh consecutive quarterly cash dividend. With the payment of this dividend, the Company has paid a total of $541.0 million in cash dividends, including four special dividends since the dividend program began in the third quarter of 2003.
