
US stocks traded mostly lower towards the end of trade, with the Nasdaq Composite falling over 100 points on Thursday.
The Dow fell 0.03% to 31,126.24, while the NASDAQ fell 0.94% to 11,608.98. The S&P 500 was also down 0.60% to 3,922.16.

Healthcare stocks rose 1.2% on Thursday. Meanwhile top winner in the sector included Annovis Bio, Inc. ANVSup to 13% and Smile Direct Club, Inc. SDC increased by 13%.
In Thursday trading, utility stocks fell 2%.

- ZW Data Action Technologies Inc. CNET Shares shot up 34% to $0.8885. ZW Data Action Technologies announced the proposed acquisition of Henan Baodun.

NRBO received a boost, rising 41% to $23.78 after the company announced that Dong-A had secured its global exclusive development rights to DA-1241 for type 2 diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis and DA-1726 for obesity and nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis has licensed NeuroBo.
- HeartBeam, Inc. HIT Shares were also higher, up 61% to $2.0087 after the company received its USPTO patent for a 12-lead electrocardiogram patch monitor for detecting acute coronary syndrome and cardiac arrhythmias.
