CAVE CREEK, Ariz., Sept. 08, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – via NewMediaWire – Endexx Corporation EDXCa provider of innovative, herbal and sustainable health and skin care products, today announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Hyla US Holdco Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of organic, herbal, all-natural, nicotine-free vape products.
The takeover offers Endexx two key advantages in the short term:
- an expanded international distribution network in 10 countries – Dubai, Saudi Arabia, UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France, Kingdom of Bahrain, Egypt and Switzerland, which Endexx expects to provide further leverage for sales of its menswear will feature Blesswell skincare line as well as its CBD products developed for pain relief under the CBD Unlimited brand; and
- a significant increase in Endexx’s consolidated revenues based on Hyla’s historical distribution and sales of its nicotine-free vegan vape products.
