TUGA DQ TUGAF (“TUGA Innovations” or the “Company”), a developer of solutions to urban mobility challenges with the TUGAa new type of electric vehicle (“EV”), is pleased to provide an update on its ongoing vehicle development program.
In recent months, progress has been made towards functional objectives, leading to several technical updates and technical improvements and the consequent proposed creation of a brand family of vehicles (see press release from August 11, 2022) is designed for different tasks and goals and offers different levels of performance and comfort. Throughout this process, the main goal in vehicle development was to ensure that all technical factors reflect the original parameters of spirit and design conceived by the company’s founders.
The operational aspects for vehicle development form three key phases:
- Preliminary design and engineering
- Detailed design and engineering
- Assembly & Manufacturing
The overarching factors driving the development process are applied critically at each stage and include:
- Innovative design to solve urban mobility problems.
- Improved performance and handling according to technical specifications that meet or exceed user experience design expectations.

In collaboration with our strategic engineering partner, Optimal Structural Solutions, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed all preliminary design and engineering phases to prepare for the final detailing and assembly readiness of its proposed production prototype model.
