Skyline Exhibits, Leading Designer of Trade Show Displays, Hires Director of Marketing

Jon Althoff Joins Industry Leader Known For Responsive Customer Service, High Quality Trade Show Displays, And Creative Trade Show Exhibit Design

/EINPresswire.com/ ST. PAUL — Skyline Exhibits, a leading designer and producer of exhibits and graphics for trade shows and marketing events, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jon M. Althoff as Director of Marketing. Althoff brings a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge having previously held significant marketing positions at Pillsbury, General Mills, Nestle, USA and most recently, King Technology.

“We’re excited about the energy and perspective Jon brings,” stated Bill Dierberger, President, Skyline Exhibits. “He has considerable experience in brand building and brand management, product marketing, and sales and customer interface. He also has a strong history of building and enhancing successful teams.”

Attracted to a Major Player In a Unique Industry

Althoff has been involved in exhibiting across multiple industries for over 20 years. He became aware of Skyline trade show exhibits early on. “The first thing my team said to me was that their Skyline product — a Mirage(R) pop-up display — set the standard for ease of set up and shipping,” said Althoff. “Both facts I experienced first-hand.”

Along with his awareness of, and positive feelings for, the brand, Althoff stated that part of the allure to join Skyline was the exhibiting industry itself. “It’s incredibly interesting,” said Althoff. “Exhibit spaces are transformed into marketing environments and you can be as creative about it as you like. And a cutting-edge company like Skyline has the ability to produce whatever design is conceived. I look forward to learning the industry in depth.”

Althoff also appreciates the structure Skyline has in place, stating that multiple fulfillment locations — regional Skyline Service Centers in major national and international venue cities — along with its vast dealer network, gives Skyline a solid foundation for continuous growth.

“We’re very pleased to add Jon to our team,” added Dierberger. “There’s no doubt he will contribute significantly. We are already enjoying another year of healthy growth and his addition to the team will only enhance to our ability to grow in the years ahead.”

Althoff is based at Skyline’s International Design Center in St. Paul, Minnesota and will have an active role in Skyline’s product management, new product development, lead generation and all points marketing communications teams.
