I think this playground safety issue and bored children goes far beyond just playgrounds. Getting children active requires giving them something interesting and fun to do, no matter what the activity may be. Video games are much more “fun” then what activities are offered outside, which is why we need to get creative to help kids get moving with new and fun outdoor activities.
