Its about time that this database is up and running. Florida has needed this tracking system for years, especially since the “pill mill” epidemic has begun. I have watched too many classmates die from prescription pills and if this database was operational, it may have saved them. Sometimes getting into trouble is the only way someone can realize they need help and can receive that help. I applaud Florida lawmakers.
