Crédit Agricole SA launches a share buyback program for a maximum of 16.6580.366 ordinary shares of Crédit Agricole SA
Credit Agricole SA, today announces the launch of a buyback program after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals up to 16,658,366 Common shares of Crédit Agricole SA The program will start on November 11, 2022 and will end no later than December 7, 2022. Shares acquired under the program will be cancelled.
This transaction aims to offset the dilutive effect of l’aCapital increase 2022 reserved for employees.
