Exceptional demand for the 69-story mixed-use tower in Yonge and Dundas, which opened in late September, has resulted in the sale of over 500 of the 630 suites on the market. The new development was launched in cooperation with Hollywood Actor, Simu Liuwho brought his creativity to the design process, including the suite’s interior design and amenities programming.
