The Sohu Food Channel Ambassador’s Gourmet Parour program recently visited the Austrian Embassy to connect over a mutual love of wine and learn about the contrasting food cultures.

In the first-ever collaboration between Fenjiu International and the IP brand, the Fenjiu company is promoting the importance of Chinese liquor culture and cuisine around the world.

The editor-in-chief of Sohu Food, Mr. Dieter Scharf, and Ms. Barbara Stark, who is from the Austrian Tourist Association, dined together. While the two chatted about culturally rich Austria and the architectural wonders of China, the Chinese chefs prepared a healthy meal of the famous Austrian delicacy of roasted pork chops and potato salad. The two exchanged culture, values and cuisines in line with the flavors that took over the scene.
An interactive session on the wine and schnapps cultures in Austria and China was discussed in detail at the Austrian Embassy.
