fi SOLUTIONS has announced the expansion of the Amherst, NY facility which houses the company’s newly rebranded outsourced maintenance operation as fi MANAGED SERVICING.

The addition of nearly 4,000 square feet brings the total area at the facility to 43,000 square feet and provides more secure space for defi SOLUTIONS Essentials team members onsite to perform important daily tasks. Key employees at the Amherst facility are using workflow automation and document digitization to enable a growing number of employees in the US as well.
Supported by both onsite and remote team members, Defi MANAGED SERVICING has expanded its customer call center, front office and back office operations to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Elements of certain processes, such as B. receipt of payment and vehicle title, require on-site staff and physical property safes. The Amherst facility offers secure access control with access badges and surveillance cameras, and protects people and assets with backup generators and state-of-the-art fire suppression systems. The new space includes the addition of three new title vaults, each 12 feet tall, with combined storage of 1.8 million physical vehicle titles.
