LOS ANGELES, Nov. 7, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — high times holding corp., the owner of High Times®, one of the most recognized cannabis brands, today announced it has signed definitive agreements to acquire the California operations of Moxie, the first licensed cannabis company in California and a leading multi-state cannabis operator and product manufacturer. The acquisition will add Moxie’s award-winning cannabis production capabilities to High Times to strengthen the Company’s cannabis portfolio in California, including its own branded offering.
The transaction, which provides the Moxie organization with 1,363,654 Hightimes voting common shares, includes Moxie’s 11,000 square foot manufacturing facility as well as 46,000 square feet of growing space for flowering canopies capable of producing up to 3,500 pounds. ..
