NEW YORK, Nov. 04, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Brooge Energy Ltd, (“Brooge Energy” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: BROG), a Cayman Islands-based infrastructure provider currently engaged in clean petroleum products and biofuels and crude oil storage and related services, announced today that it has received a personnel decision letter (the “Letter”) from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) dated October 31, 2022. The Company intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq hearing panel (the “Panel”) requesting a further extension of the deadline.
