NEW YORK, NY, Nov. 03, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Music Acquisition Corporation (“TMAC” or “the Company”) will hold a virtual extraordinary stockholders meeting on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 10:00 am eastern time. The record date for the meeting is October 31, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. New York time. At this special meeting, Holders will be asked to vote on any proposal relating to an amendment (the “Article Amendment Proposal”) to the amended TMAC and restated Instrument of Incorporation (the “Articles of Incorporation”) and an amendment to the Investment Management Trust Deed dated February 2, 2021 of and between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company as trustees (the “Trust Amendment Proposal”), which, if implemented, would allow TMAC to redeem all outstanding Class A common shares (the “Public Shares”) on or before December 30, 2008.
