PERRYSBURG, Ohio, Nov. 3, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OI Glass, Inc. (NYSE: OI) announced today that Meena Dafesh has been appointed as the company’s vice president and global treasurer, overseeing the company’s global financial investments.
In this role, Dafesh will be responsible for OI’s global treasury function, which will plan and execute capital markets transactions, manage liquidity for OI’s global operations, develop and maintain global relationships with banks and bondholders, manage foreign currency and interest rate risk, prioritizing capital allocation and more.
Dafesh has held a variety of finance positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President and Global Treasurer for Carrier Global Corporation.
