(TSXV: ALPS.U) (NASDAQ: ALPS) ("alpine peaks" or the "company") is pleased to announce that in accordance with its current monthly dividend policy, the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.03 per Subordinate Voting Share for the month of November 2022. Concurrent with declaring the dividend on the Subordinate Voting Shares, the directors also declared a dividend on the Company’s multiple voting shares of $3.00 per share and a dividend on the Company’s fractional voting shares of 0 $.03 per share.
The dividend is payable on November 30, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2022. The dividend is considered "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
