CRXTQ and its wholly owned subsidiary, Clarus Therapeutics, Inc. (collectively, “Clarus”). Following a competitive auction process, Tolmar was selected as the winning bidder in the sale of JATENZO (and certain related assets) and the sale was approved by the US District Bankruptcy Court Delaware.
