Acosta specializes in tax compliance, planning and advisory services for multi-state partnerships, trusts and high net worth individuals. Acosta has experience working with various real estate clients including low-income home ownership tax credit (LIHTC), Opportunity Zones (OZ) transactions and investment partnerships. She is also experienced in winery and vineyard taxation. Acosta holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and German studies and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is licensed as a chartered accountant California and Oregon.
Blumenstock specializes in the company’s Public Housing Authority (PHA) Audit Group.
