HORSHAM, Pa., October 27, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — MRA Group, a private real estate development and services company, announced Phil Butler, Sr. has also joined the ranks of the partners Mike Voyevodka and founders Larry Stuardi.

Butler serves as senior vice president and is a member of MRA’s executive team alongside Stuardi and Wojewodka, where he is primarily responsible for the oversight and management of MRA’s operating and investment units. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Butler has held senior positions at Toll Brothers, CB Richard Ellis and Ally Financial. Prior to joining MRA, Butler was co-founder and managing director of a real estate advisory and development firm, where he focused on portfolio strategy, program management and urban infill development projects.
