Within six months of BLUE LAVA Touch, LAVA MUSIC added another guitar, BLUE LAVA Original, to their BLUE LAVA lineup on October 25, 2022.

A travel-ready design
At just 3.7lb, the guitar is easy to carry on your shoulders when playing or on a picnic, campground, or car ride. And its 36-inch body easily fits in your hand or anywhere.
Constructed from specially engineered, recyclable HPL, it remains solidly stable in varied weather conditions, withstanding changing temperatures, humidity, and even spills and splashes.
Advanced acoustic technologies
The guitar uses LAVA’s proprietary L2 preamp with FreeBoost for the pickup system. It can amplify sounds without connecting the guitar to an amp because FreeBoost technology uses the back of the guitar as a speaker. It also features built-in chorus, delay, and reverb so players can add effects and sculpt sounds right on their guitar with the push of a button.
The guitar also uses LAVA MUSIC’s signature 4-MASS technology. It gives the guitar a parametric structure developed by simulating the vibrational dynamics of the top, body, neck and internal air, causing them to vibrate harmoniously for a full, bright tone.
Effortless playability
On the neck, BLUE LAVA Original has a comfortable string height of 2.3 mm, which is also suitable for beginners. It is accurate and stable as the neck is attached through a precision manufacturing process.
The neck has a shape designed for comfortable finger movement and a thin heel that provides easy access to higher frets so you can play different frets with ease.
There’s also a magnetic truss rod cover that’s easy to remove and replace when adjusting the neck relief.
