BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. DMB today announced a monthly cash distribution of $0.04 per common share, payable December 1, 2022 to shareholders of record on November 10, 2022 with an ex-dividend date of November 9, 2022. Dividend paid on capital gains of 0.04 $ per share represents a decrease of $0.013 from the previously declared monthly net investment income dividend of $0.053 per share.
This distribution reduction primarily reflects the lower interest rate environment that previously existed in the market for the reinvestment of proceeds from coupon payments and from canceled, sold and/or maturing securities held or held by the Fund, the higher borrowing costs that currently borne by the Fund.
