Ms. Blanco will also join the Company’s Board of Directors. She succeeds Ken Globus, the company’s current President and CEO, who is retiring after nearly 40 years with the company. Mr. Globus will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity for as long as is necessary to ensure a smooth transition and intends to remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
Ms. Blanco has over 20 years of experience in the personal care industry, including Global Business Director at Momentive Performance Materials and Marketing Director at International Specialty Products. She holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Your employment in the company will start on November 1st.
