CSV (“Carriage” or “Carriage Services”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services and Forest Lawn East Cemetery (“Heritage”), a business comprised of three separate funeral homes , a cemetery and cremation-focused shop in the market place in Charlotte, North Carolina.
