Middlesex Water Company MSEX announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.3125 per share on its common shares, an increase of 7.76% from the dividend of $0.29 per share declared in July 2022 is equivalent to. This increase increases the annual dividend rate from $1.16 to $1.25 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2022 to shareholders of record on November 16, 2022. The Middlesex Water Company has continuously paid cash dividends of varying amounts since 1912.
