MWA announced that its Board of Directors has approved an approximately 5.2% increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to 6.10 cents ($0.061) per share from 5.80 cents ($0.058) per share, payable on or at November 21, 2022 to shareholders of record of close of business November 10, 2022.
