
The CEO of soft bank-supports Ola It reportedly tortured its employees and made them run laps for small mistakes.
What happened: Over two dozen current and former Ola employees have been exposed Bhavish Aggarwal‘s aggressive and aggressive behavior at work in an interview with Bloombergwhich they say has upset boards and managers.
The staff revealed various instances of Aggarwal using Punjabi epithets in teams, telling staff they were useless. Some employees also accused Aggarwal of giving unrealistic deadlines and unscheduled meetings well after midnight, sometimes as late as “1am or 3am”.
