AMSTERDAM, October 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ –Nanotech Energy Europe BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nanotech Energy Inc., today confirmed that it has signed a master purchase agreement to supply 1+ GWh of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) to Smile Energy by 2028 Athens, Greece.
This agreement underscores the superior value of Nanotech’s safe, long-life graphene battery for the energy storage market. The partnership with Smile Energy will enable immediate expansion of Nanotech’s energy storage business into a region committed to developing the world’s leading solar infrastructure. Together, Nanotech and Smile will play a key role in support Greece and the surrounding region to take the next steps to ensure infrastructure stability and energy continuity.
