DriverZ, of IMPROVLearning, believes there is no better time to call for a renewed focus on preventing teenage road deaths than National Teen Driver Safety Week. Traffic accidents, deaths and injuries are at their highest levels in decades, according to NHTSA. DriverZ knows that now is the time to rethink and rethink the way we deliver youth driver education to create more positive outcomes for everyone.
“Accidents, injuries and fatalities continue to increase and the driver education industry has been slow to respond. There is no way to meet the needs of modern drivers with 50-year-old tools,” said Gary Alexander, IMPROV CEO. “Our mission is to save lives by equipping families with tools to help them navigate the riskiest part of their teen’s driving journey. That’s why we’re calling on new drivers, their parents and driving schools across the country to embrace the future of driver education with our unique suite of modernized products and courses.”
DriverZ’s SPIDER Driver’s Ed uses the SPIDER method to develop reliable driving muscle memory to recognize and avoid road hazards, creating a course that is as engaging and entertaining as it is educational.
“We work with the understanding that students learn better when they are presented with a dynamic, fun education,” continued Alexander, “so we set out to develop new tools and techniques. We believe that when new drivers, their parents, and independent local driving schools have access to these new means of driver education, outcomes will improve nationwide.”
