Zaandam, Netherlands, October 18th2022 – Ahold Delhaize repurchased 893,737 of its common shares during the period from October 10, 2022 through October 14, 2022. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €26.95 per share for a total consideration of €24.1 million. These repurchases were made as part of the €1 billion share buyback program announced on November 15, 2021.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 29,687,980 common shares at a total cost of €806.9 million.
