Shortly after Jan 6 The Congressional Committee concluded its hearings on Thursday, donald trump sent out a donation email flaunting his rising approval ratings and emphasizing his commitment to saving America, according to a screenshot of the email captured by Business Insider.
The former president noted that he has an approval rating of about 96% in the Republican Party, with very high approval ratings for crime, the economy, and foreign relations.
Trump also said he’s fighting to save America by standing up to some of the “threatening forces, entrenched interests and malicious adversaries,” adding that the “establishment hates me for exactly that.”
“Our MAGA moment is by far the largest political movement in our country’s history as I fight for YOU, YOUR home, YOUR heritage and YOUR freedom,” Trump said said in the email.

The email included a link to a poll asking questions like, “Are you concerned about the impact the radical left is having on this country,” Business Insider reported. Then there is a request to donate at least $45 to the Save America Joint Fundraising Committee.
This committee consists of two of Trump’s post-presidential committees, namely Save America and Make America Great Again PAC, and the ex-president uses the PACs to fund several of his expenses, including holding rallies, covering legal fees and paying employees, states it in the report.
The House Select Committee is investigating the events leading up to the January 6, 2021 riot, which was sparked after Trump lost the November 2020 presidential election. The committee concluded its 10th public hearing Thursday and voted unanimously to subpoena Trump for questioning about his role in the events.
