SHANGHAI, October 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Daqo New Energy Corp. DQ (“Daqo New Energy”, the “Company” or “we”), a leading producer of high-purity polysilicon for the global solar PV industry, today announced that its Xinjiang Daqo and Inner Mongolia Daqo subsidiaries have signed a five-year high – Pure polysilicon supply agreement with Shuangliang Silicon Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shuangliang Eco-Energy (SH:600481) (“Shuangliang”), to supply its rapidly growing solar wafer business.
Under the terms of the supply agreement, Xinjiang Daqo and Inner Mongolia will supply Daqo Shuangliang with a total quantity of 150,300 MT of high-purity single-grade polysilicon November 2022 to December 2027. Actual prices are negotiated monthly by both parties according to market conditions.
