ALEXANDRIA, Va., October 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center (IBC) has awarded a contract to Wilco Group LLC, an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), to conduct an assessment of procurement processes for aviation missions and make recommendations for improvements.
Contract scope focuses on evaluating, analyzing and evaluating IBC’s acquisition processes for contracts supporting their customers’ aviation mission. In addition to the assessment and analysis, the scope includes recommendations for optimizing efficiency, strategies for process improvement and the potential implementation of recommended improvements. The Wilco Group team performs an initial documentation of requirements, an assessment of current strategies and interconnected functions, followed by a proposed plan for detailed analysis of functions that can be improved.
