- Mercedes-Benz connects its 30 car plants worldwide with the Microsoft cloud via the MO360 data platform.
- The move aims to improve transparency and predictability across the luxury automaker’s entire digital production and supply chain.
- The MO360 data platform enables teams to more quickly identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and prioritize EV production resources.
- The platform is already available for teams in EMEA and is being used in the US and China.
- “The ability to predict and prevent problems in production and logistics will become a key competitive advantage when we go fully electric,” said Jörg Burzer, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Production & Supply Chain Management.
